Kiwi Nest offers a professional online co-host management service designed for short-term rental owners who prefer to manage on-site operations independently while outsourcing daily platform management to experienced specialists. Our service focuses on communication, pricing, and listing performance, allowing owners to remain in control without the burden of constant guest and platform engagement.
We manage guest enquiries and in-stay communication, optimise pricing in line with market demand, and maintain accurate listings and calendars across supported platforms. Prior to arrival, guests receive clear digital check-in information, and structured check-out guidance is provided before departure. We also manage guest reviews and assist with platform-based issue communication, helping protect both booking performance and online reputation.
For owners committing to a minimum 12-month term, Kiwi Nest provides complimentary remote guidance covering property presentation, listing photography, internal signage, and cleaner handover processes. All services and guidance are delivered fully online.
The service operates seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (NZ time). A management fee of 12% (including GST) applies to accommodation and cleaning fees, with all rental income paid directly to the owner by the booking platform.
